Lower Back Reset (6 Weeks)

A structured hybrid program combining 2 in-person sessions with guided home practices and weekly Zoom support to reduce low back pain, improve core stability, and correct movement patterns that contribute to recurring flare-ups.

If your lower back feels tight, weak, or unstable—and bending, lifting, or daily movement often triggers discomfort—this program is designed to help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and restore confidence in how you move.

• 6-week guided program
• 2 in-person group sessions (June 14 & June 28, 10:00–11:30 AM)
• Weekly Zoom check-ins (brief support + progression tracking)
• Guided home video practices between sessions
• Structured progressive movement plan
• Targeted core + hip mobility work
• Small group, limited to 6 participants
• Direct support throughout the program
