I'm so committed to your learning and practicing the concepts that I have created 2 practices for each module. 

  • 1 x long vinyasa practice (60-90 min) that goes deep into the poses.  
  • 1 x short therapeutic practice (30-45 min) for those looking for a more gentle and/or therapeutic approach.   

This is truly a program to fit all levels of fitness and time constraints. It is more important that you go through your journey consistently and learn at your own pace. Of course, most people devour the content because it often feels like the missing piece of your well-being.

MODULE ONE: Yoga Practice 101

Learn the fundamentals of yoga practice:

  1. How to breathe
  2. Cultivate awareness
  3. Properly align the body in poses
  4. Introduction to meditation 

MODULE TWO: Foundations of Yogic Science

In yoga, there are 5 layers to a human being: physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and spiritual. The physical body consists of the food we eat. The energetic layer is organizing field that creates and holds your body together. The mental layer is responsible for our sensory and motor activities while the brain and nervous system mediates and expresses through the physical body. The fourth layer is the power of discernment and intuition. As your meditation practice deepens over months and years, you begin to experience events in your life in a calm and objective manner. The fifth layer is the spiritual bliss body, the final layer between ordinary awareness and your higher self. 

MODULE THREE: Energetic Principles in Yoga

By learning the energetics of the boday, you will develop a deeper understanding of what is happening in the body/mind/spirit complex and learn which tools of yoga to use for your specific needs. In yoga, the human being has 3 energy systems that create your physical body and hold it in the shape it forms. You will understand the 7 energy centers along the spine (chakras), the 3 main channels of energy along the spine (nadis), and the 5 energy currents that govern the body (pranavayus). By understanding these systems, and how they relate to the 5 layers of a human being, you can understand the driving force behind many things in your life. So many insightful moments happen in here. Twenty-five years of my studies, obsessed with the human energy field have gone into this course...and this module is game-changer.

MODULE FOUR: Self-Assessment & Understanding the Body

Using a series of questions and self-inquiry, you can use your answers and analyze which energy system is affected. Once the energy system is identified, you can choose a few different tools to access different layers of being. By targeting a specific issue(s) and accessing your body-mind-spirit complex on several different layers, results happen faster than just doing a general yoga and meditation practice. 

MODULE FIVE: Methods; Choosing the Right Tool for the Job

There are dozens of different tools in yoga and each one has a special purpose.  Understanding how the tools work and what layer (kosha) they access most efficiently will inform you on how you best structure your practices. A general well-rounded practice will do wonders for anyone. No doubt. But actually taking the time to study the science will take you leaps and bounds ahead of where you would be with just a general practice. This is what I mean by yoga will transform you at your own pace, or by rocket 🚀.  

MODULE SIX: Philosophy; the 8-Limbs of Yoga

Learning the 8-limbs of yoga according to Patanjali can expand your insight on how yoga permeates daily life. The 8-limbs gives you a framework for understanding how these concepts fit into the process of growth and evolution of your consciousness. Understanding the 8-limbs in simplicity is actually a path to happiness. Without getting into philosophical debate, yoga gives space for all the different perceptions we may have. The 8-limbs will help you live a more authentic life.  

MODULE SEVEN: The Evolution of You

As you develop a consistent, educated practice, your consciousness evolves. When this is happening, all of the side effects of yoga begin to show up in your body, mind, and life. As a practitioner, your moments of clarity will happen on your mat or your cushion and over time these drops in the bucket will overflow. As the process of transformation begins, it's very subtle but noticeable. Things that people notice right away: better sleep, fewer emotional ups and downs, improved physical fitness and overall health, more self-confidence, body positivity, and self-love.
