RESET PROTOCOL: DAY 3

Find Your Center

A 30-minute guided practice with Rebecca Cohen

Welcome to Day 3 of the Reset Protocol.

Today we shift our attention toward the center of the body and explore the relationship between breath, movement, strength, and stability.

This practice invites you to become more aware of your center while continuing to develop the steady, mindful approach you've been building over the first two days.

Today's Focus

Samāna Vāyu — centering, digestion, and integration

Samāna Vāyu is associated with the central energy of the body and the process of digestion and transformation.

Today's practice explores this theme through twists, core-focused movements, standing postures, side-body work, and grounding poses.

Throughout the practice, notice whether you can maintain an even, steady breath, even when the movements become more challenging.

Today's Practice

Set aside about 30 minutes for yourself.

Before you begin:

  • Find a comfortable space where you can move freely.
  • Have your yoga mat available.
  • Keep blocks, a strap, cushion, or blanket nearby if needed.
  • Choose the options that best support your body today.
  • Focus on steady breathing rather than pushing for intensity.

After Your Practice

Take a few moments to reconnect with your center.

Notice:

  • How does your breath feel?
  • Do you notice a difference in your sense of stability?
  • Where do you feel warmth, strength, or energy?
  • What does "feeling centered" mean in your body right now?

There's no right or wrong answer.

The practice is about learning to notice.

Your Reset for Today

As you go through the rest of your day, bring your attention back to your center from time to time.

Notice your breath. Notice your posture. Notice how you're responding to what is happening around you.

You don't have to change anything. Just observe.
