Private yoga sessions are perfect for anyone that wants individualized attention. Clients are put on a monthly membership and can book either 4 or 8 sessions per month. 

Yoga therapy is a separate branch of yoga that involves additional credentialing and specialized training to work with those with health challenges. Yoga therapy often brings relief where other methods do not. It can be very beneficial for spinal problems, structural issues that cause pain, and health conditions that are exacerbated by stress. Yoga therapy can also be a next step after physical therapy to get you back to your favorite activity and sports sooner.

Thai Yoga Assisted Stretching

Thai yoga is also known as thai massage, or thai yoga massage. It is done fully clothed, and is facilitated stretching. Thai yoga is wonderful for relieving pain, relaxing the nervous system (which speeds healing), and improving flexibility by releasing fascia.
